Please find your invitation below to the Beacy Bandits Annual General Meeting. All members of our Club are entitled to attend the meeting in person or by proxy.
The AGM will consist of:
ORDINARY BUSINESS
This will include confirming the minutes of the 2023 AGM, receiving reports from the Committee on Club activities and reviewing the financial statements of the Club for the year ended 30 June 2024.
ELECTION OF COMMITTEE POSITIONS
As standard protocol, all positions will be declared vacant and will be up for re-election. A variety of positions will be available requiring a range of skills. If you are interested in finding out more about any of the roles before the AGM, please contact our Secretary here. If you wish to nominate for a role, you can do so in one of two ways:
Attend the AGM and nominate for a position as they are called for;
Complete a Committee Nomination Form and return per the instructions (email our secretary for a form)
We currently have a small committee with a few people taking on a lot of work. It would be fantastic to have a few more people join our committee so that we can share the workload.
If you are unable to attend the meeting but still wish to vote on matters, please email your apologies to our Secretary and request a proxy voting form. Both must be completed by Sunday 10 November.
We hope to see you at the Hub to hear all about the club's achievements and to have a say in what the future may hold.
