With the forecast predicting warm weather today, it's crucial to stay hydrated throughout the day – not just before the game.

We’ll be implementing the Netball NSW Adverse Weather Policy and closely monitoring conditions at the courts to ensure everyone’s safety.

𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁:

Bring at least two water bottles per player.

Avoid sugary drinks – water is your best friend!

Take breaks in the shade when you can.
