Our new early mornings workouts are a fantastic opportunity for your player to get on the court before school at a venue close to home, working with passionate coaches on improving their game. Go to the next level with improved skills and confidence gained through drills designed to extend and challenge athletes. Develop your skills through game play and proactive player feedback.

Aimed at U13 & U15 and above, this program takes full advantage of our Dr. Dish Shooting machine and will see players working on their scoring skills, play making and shot technique. A great program for those looking to play rep basketball (VJBL) or those wanting to workout like an NBA Player.
