Cricket Program developed for children and young adults with an intellectual disability to be able to participate in cricket in a safe and inclusive space.

Girls and boys will receive a 4-day coaching program involving skill-based training along with game simulation opportunities delivered by qualified coaches. Children can choose to participate on 1 or more days. All new participants will receive a Valley Cricket Academy shirt and cap.

A structured group program offered by Valley District Cricket Club (in association with PD Cricket), aimed at ages 10+ and focusing on developing and improving skills batting, pace bowling, spin bowling and wicketkeeping.

The Junior Fundamentals session (3:45-4:45pm) is aimed at girls and boys aged 7 to 10 years who are quite new to the game and covers batting, bowling and fielding. The Girls Development session (4:45-5:45pm) is aimed at at girls aged 10 to 16 years, designed to develop all aspects of batting, bowling and fielding.
