PlayHQ is a grassroots organisation, dedicating to uplifting grassroots sport. This makes us humble, approachable and transparent – but it also means we're highly driven and eternally ambitious. With offices in Australia, India and Ukraine, we're a team of more than 100+ passionate and talented engineers, designers, analysts, strategists and product experts.
These teams are underpinned by a dedicated delivery and support team, acting as the full-time liaison between our development squads and our clients. These teams work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to ensure effective change management, smooth implementation and onboarding, and provide ongoing support via a dedicated portal.
Our organisational model is based off that of many similar leading tech companies: loosely coupled, tightly aligned squads, each accountable for a specific aspect of PlayHQ's platform. Leaders are embedded within these squads, but everyone's opinion matters and everyone's voice is heard. We think this structure hits the sweet spot – fostering individual autonomy and creativity while ensuring alignment across a rapidly-growing suite of products.
