Enhance Data Management with New Reports Customisation

PlayHQ is thrilled to announce the launch of its highly anticipated Report Customisation feature. This tool empowers administrators to specify their desired data before downloading, effectively reducing the time spent on manual data manipulation.

The new Report Customisation feature is the result of extensive feedback from the sports community. Recognising the pain points expressed by administrators, PlayHQ has developed a solution that streamlines data management processes, ensuring faster access to essential insights.

Key features of the Report Customisation include:

‍Hide/Show Columns: Administrators can choose which columns to display in reports, tailoring the data to their specific needs.

‍Payout Date Filter: Provides the ability to download transactions based on payout dates, ideal for financial administrators balancing profit and loss statements.

And the best bit; We’re not done yet! There are more report customisation features to come, we are actively listening to feedback from the administrator community. The features to come include:

‍Advanced Filtering: Enables administrators to apply advanced filtering within the report customisation pages, enhancing data precision. (Coming soon)

‍Unique Participants: Easily download only unique participants, eliminating duplicates and ensuring accurate participant counts. (Coming soon)

‍Multi-Season Selection: Download participant reports across multiple seasons, eliminating the need for separate downloads and manual data merging. (Coming soon)

‍Templating: The ability to save report customisation. (Coming soon)

PlayHQ's goal is to empower administrators with the tools they need to efficiently manage their organisation. With Report Customisation, we're not just providing a feature; we're delivering a solution that enhances productivity and enables Administrators to focus on what they do best – running successful sporting organisations.

The Report Customisation feature is now available for Competition Participant reports, with additional functionalities planned for Program Participant reports in the coming months.
