Create and sell non-playing Membership products through registration forms.
Off the back of regular feedback from club communities, PlayHQ has built a Membership Product feature. This latest enhancement to the Products section gives administrators the ability to create and sell non-playing Membership products through registration forms.
Memberships can be a key component to growing sporting communities and maintaining patronage throughout a season. This new feature will make it easier for administrators to run effective membership campaigns, encouraging participants and supporters to stay connected to the club and community.
Memberships now joins Merchandise and Fundraising as options within the Admin Portal’s recently updated Products section. Administrators can create multiple product items, which can be offered to participants and supporters via registration forms.
This enhancement is inline with PlayHQ’s broader plan to introduce a PlayHQ shop – Where memberships, merchandise, and other items can be purchased outside the registration flow.
To explore the Membership feature within the PlayHQ Admin Portal, administrators can navigate to Products > Memberships in the Admin Portal. To learn how to add Memberships to registration forms, check out the Products support article.
