Run programs with greater ease

PlayHQ programs allows clubs and associations to take registration and payments for a range of activities, these could include holiday camps, come-and-try days, skills clinics and events. Multiple enhancements have been made that will give greater control to program managers and administrators, along with improving the registration process for participants.

First on the list of enhancements was Program Registration Limits, this was designed to help administrators control and cap their registrations. Limits can be set at a season level, group level or per role type for greater flexibility. This feature will be particularly useful when programs are used for event management.

Next up was Program Group Fees, an enhancement that allows administrators the ability to set different fees for a program at the group level. Fees can now be set by Age & Gender or by each program Group. This provides administrators with greater flexibility when setting program fees.

The final enhancement was Program Session Details, this allows admins to capture session details at a program season level, enabling better communication to participants and parents when registering for a Program. This session data will now also be displayed within your sports programs finder.
